I've had this camera die cut / stamp set for a bit and I'm so happy I finally got to put it to use! I started off with coloring my little monster with copics. Then, I colored the camera and the picture frame. I glued 3 layers for the picture frame. Rather than using foam tape, I did 3 layers of scrap strips throughout the back of the camera. I made sure to avoid where the photo would hide when not pulled out.
Eeek! Made my first Design Team! I'm so excited to be joining the Happy Little Stampers: Birthday Challenge team! I made this birthday card to get things started with them! I also made it for a dear friend of mine that is the best dog Mom around!
My cousin asked me to do her son's first birthday party invites and wanted something dino themed. I came across 2 different stamp sets that I wanted to use and then let the card take over and this what I came up with! I really love it! Want to see all the card making in action? Watch the video.
I wanted to do a card for the Seize your Birthday but, the challenge was no stamping! A hard one for me! Also, Hero Arts was all about squares. Yet again, something outside my comfort zone. However, I embraced it, and it turned out nicely.
